To raise awareness of social issues through the use of infographics and displays of quantitative information. A double-page spread infographic was designed to
be published alongside the work of other emerging designers in a magazine. As part of the promotion, and in order to raise awareness of the social issues featured in the magazine, we also produce a set of animations for social media to repurpose the assets in your static infographic and produce animations that showcase the visualisations while explaining key points of your topic.

In my group of 4 people, we targeted our campaign and deliverable to secondary school children as they learn about deforestation in year 8, which makes a clear connection to the topic through school, and about rainforests and deforestation in school, it is also a critical stage in school development and understanding global issues and encourages environmental awareness about effects, causes, etc and carries this on throughout school.

Since our target audience is secondary school students, we chose Instagram as the main platform for our social campaign for the animation of the visualisation.
